Condominium Village is comprised of 27 units, each unit is privately owned and these 27 property owners share ownership of the common land. We are situated with portions of our common land bordering on 3 freshwater ponds. We are a registered non-profit organization, governed by the members of the Willows Condominium Association, as set forth in the Willows Declaration and related documents.
