Management staff is not in the office full time, however if you would like to meet with us, please call to schedule an appointment.
We are available Monday through Friday from 8:40 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and are available by phone, email and TownSq and we welcome you to contact us when needed.
Additionally, we also have a drop box and pick up box located under the pavilion on Recreation Drive in South Down for your convenience.

During the summer season, Granite Security is on site Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Also, Sundays during holiday weekends and the week of July 4. 

During these times, they can be reached at 603-573-0880.

For life-threatening situations, please call:
the Laconia Police Department at 603-524-5252 or 911.

For Boating Emergencies,  please call Marine Patrol at 603-293-2037
