Documents Review Focus Group
Purpose
The Documents Review Focus Group consists of a small number of residents who have volunteered to review the Association's governing documents and suggest changes and updates to the Board and the Membership.

Updated Documents Projects
For the past years, the Documents Review Focus Group has been working on updated versions of the Declaration and By-Laws.
The Updated Declaration was approved by the Association in 2023.
The Updated By-Laws were approved by the Association at its 2024 Annual meeting.
A By-Law amendment, enabling E-Voting and establishing a one-time capital contribution was passed in 2025
