Documents Review Focus Group
Purpose
The Documents Review Focus Group consists of a small number of residents who have volunteered to review the Association's governing documents and suggest changes and updates to the Board and the Membership.

Updated Documents Projects
For the past years, the Documents Review Focus Group has been working on updated versions of the Declaration and By-Laws.
The Updated Declaration was approved by the Association in 2023.
The Updated By-Laws were approved by the Association at its 2024 Annual meeting.

Future Plans
The Group plans to direct its attention next to further amendments to the By-Laws. These are expected to include a number of recently made suggestions as well as investigation into establishing electronic voting for the Association
