Willow Pond
is the newest village in Long Bay and includes homes that border on all 3 of the Long Bay ponds. Construction started in 2005 on its 38 lots, with only a few remaining to be built. It consists of homes on Outerbridge Drive, Long Bay Drive, and on 3 cul-de-sacs: Carriage Lane, Hackberry Lane, and Surrey Lane.
