Long Bay & South Down have locked in pricing for the 2024/2025 heating season.  This continues to offer great savings against market pricing.

Dead River will only hold these prices for a sign up deadline until June 24, 2024.

Everyone must act by June 24, 2025:
  • Existing homeowners who participated last year, simply call Dead River (603-744-5456 or 800-323-2353) and lock in your Fixed Price rates prior to June 24th (see June 6,2024 Letter to Long Bay & South Down Homeowners for pricing options);
  • If you did not sign an agreement with Dead River in 2023 and would like to take advantage of this new South Down/Long Bay buying consortium, complete & mail an Application (link below) or contact Dead River prior to June 24th to participate.
