2025 Annual Meeting Highlights
  • The Association approved the 2026 Budget, which included a $100 dues increase, bringing the 2016 dues to $2,900 annually.
  • The Association approved the proposed By-Law amendment calling for a one-time capital contribution to be paid by new home owners.
  • The Association approved the proposed By-Law amendment allowing E-voting.
  • The Association approved replacement of the pool stairs.
  • James Ott was elected to Board Seat #7.
  • Peter Dreifus was elected to Board Seat #4.
