The hours of operation will be as follows:
     Monday 11 am – 5 pm;
     Closed Tuesday;
     Wednesday 12 pm -5 pm;
     Thursday 11 am – 5 pm;
     Friday 11 am – 6 pm;
     Saturday 10 am – 6 pm;
     Sunday 10 am – 6 pm

Reservations are available in 2-hour time slots for a maximum of 4 persons per household in order to try to provide access to as many residents as possible given the capacity restrictions. We are asking residents to consider that our primary goal is to balance our residents desire to use the pool with our responsibility to adhere to the State of New Hampshire's mandatory restrictions on how the pool is used.

All pool reservations need to be made using the SignUp.com website. SignUp.com does not share anyone's email address with anyone. Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:
     1) Click this link to see our SignUp on SignUp.com: https://signup.com/go/RDmzThc
     2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.
     3) Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com.

We must restrict the maximum capacity for the pool deck to 40 persons and for the pool to 14 persons. We must also keep track of everyone who enters the pool area for the purposes of contact tracing and for that reason and must keep track of everyone using the pool area. In order to meet these restrictions, residents will need to make an advance reservation using the online app - SignUp.com.  We appreciate that residents were used to being able to simply walk into the pool area and as much as we hope to be able to accommodate that over the course of the summer, for now online reservations are required.

The pool attendant will need to take everyone's temperature using a touchless thermometer, regardless of age, at check-in. Residents will also need to sign a waiver for each family group which will be displayed for review through the online reservation app and all minors will need to have a waiver signed by a parent, grandparent or guardian. Residents can print the waiver from the online app, but we will have blank waivers available at the pool check-in desk. Waivers will only need to be signed and submitted once, since we will be keeping them on file at the pool.

Pool attendants will be disinfecting the pool bathrooms every 2 hours. We are asking residents to wipe down the hard frame surfaces of the furniture that they use prior to leaving the pool area using the sanitizing products we have set up around the pool. Most importantly, we urge residents to be patient and considerate with these restrictions and keep in mind that we are all doing our best to keep everyone safe. Sadly, if we are unable to maintain a safe, socially distant environment at the pool, then we will be forced to close it.

Our pool attendants are Mark and Jared Hausman who are year-round Long Bay residents. If you are having trouble with the reservations app, please feel free to call or text Mark (617-981-1085) or Jared (617-872-6246). All other concerns or questions should be directed to Evergreen Management Group.
