Additional Financial Meeting - Wednesday, August 18th at 23 Surrey Lane

Greetings Neighbors!

We are writing to give a brief summary of the Financial Town Hall that was held on Saturday morning, and share the information that was presented. As the Board has listened to the feedback of the community, we have heard many times that you seek to have more conversation, and wish for more information to be shared. As a result, we have tried to develop a useful Town Hall format that provides Information and conversation for those who seek it.

The high points of the discussion were centered around our amenities, neglected maintenance, major repairs that we may or may not be prepared for, and how the proposed dues increase will be used to address each of them. There was a discussion around the previous few years, how the future could look, and what we need to do as a community if we seek that change. The discussion around financial security was very productive, and we encourage you to join the next meeting if possible. 

We had many requests for another meeting, and we did so last night. We have plans to do it again for those interested. The next meeting will take place in person at 23 Surrey Ln (and via Zoom) at 7:30 on Wednesday night. Please bring your own chair, or join from home if you choose.
