The gate at the entry to South Down & Long Bay requires an RFID tag or a code to be entered into the touchpad at the guard shack. For your code (free) and/or RFID tag ($10), contact Evergreen Management at (603-527-8147).

Contractor Codes
You will receive an email each month with a new Contractor Code. Please provide any contractors/delivery people with this code. For added security, please do not distribute your personal entry code.
Additional Tags for Sale
We will be selling additional tags to owners in South Down and Long Bay for $10.00 each.
How to Get Additional Tags
Additional tags may be purchased directly from the Evergreen Management office at 14 Country Club Road, Suite 6
Gilford NH 03249 (Our office only accepts checks. If you plan on coming in to purchase additional tags, please be sure to bring your checkbook.) Or, you can mail us a check made payable to South Down Recreation Association with a note listing who you are and the property you own, and we will mail them to the address on file (unless you state otherwise).
