Clubhouse
Long Bay Clubhouse
The Long Bay clubhouse is located on the shore of Paugus Bay, adjacent to the first of Long Bay's two beaches, and offers views of Paugus Bay, the entrance to the Weirs, and Gunstock and other mountains.
The clubhouse is open from May through the October and is available to Long Bay residents for meetings, parties, or social events, with a maximum capacity of 20 people. In order to access the clubhouse, you need a key (the same key as the pool).

Amenities in the clubhouse include:
To reserve the clubhouse for a function:
- bathrooms;
- tables & chairs;
- refrigerator;
- electric heat.
To reserve the clubhouse for a function:
- Please review the Clubhouse Policy & Fees;
- Complete a Clubhouse & Greenbelt Use Form
and e-mail, fax, or mail
it to Evergreen Management.
Vehicle parking is available in the Greenway parking lot next to the tennis court. The clubhouse is golf cart accessible along the walking trail to the beach with a cart parking lot between the two beaches.

When using the clubhouse, please be sure to:
- be respectful of neighbors who live in the proximity regarding how
late your event goes & noise levels;
- clean up after your event;
- make sure that the heat & lights are off;
- ensure that the door is locked.
