Community Spirit

Most importantly, it is the spirit of our neighbors and residents that make Long Bay a choice community in which to live. If you want to meet your neighbors, just take a walk around the quiet, picturesque roads, around the ponds, along the walking trails, or attend the spring, summer or fall socials by the pool.

Fiscally Well Managed

Long Bay is a well-managed community where the fiduciary responsibilities are taken seriously, as evidenced by: a very healthy long-term capital plan and reserve account which continues to grow on a yearly basis; by professional management of the budget; by outside auditing of our financials; and by increased attention paid to the ongoing maintenance and continued landscaping upgrades within the community.
