2018 Water Aerobics starts on Mon., May 28th - details
Long Bay Water Aerobics, led by instructor Sandy Sadja, meets every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. during the summer season (and there is no charge for the fun). BYO water weights & solid noodle. Class sizes average 15 & all participants exercise to their individual ability. Come enjoy great exercise music & a community fun event.
