Community Boat Docks
Currently, the Long Bay Association owns 6 boat slips for use by Long Bay homeowners. These slips have differing docking time restrictions, which are posted on each slip - some provide 15 minute pick up & drop off, and others provide 3 hour docking.
Two of the Long Bay owned slips offer overnight docking with prior reservation through Evergreen Management (see the policy & forms below, or call them at 603-527-8147). Overnight docking permits must be displayed on the boat while at the dock & overnight boats must be removed by 10:00 a.m.
The Boat Club oversees the day-to-day maintenance and use of these community docks, as well as the individually owned docks. To purchase an individual boat dock, please contact the Boat Club or check our Classified Ads tab.
